• Question: Have ever thoght about inventing something that we could possibly use in the future?

      Oh my, yes! As a food scientist/microbiologist I like to create/invent things all of the time. Most of my creations revolve around food though 🙂 I like to use bacteria to make sourdough bread, wine, beer, cheese, sauerkraut, and yogurt. Maybe someday in the future I’ll have my own company making cheese or wine that people could eat or drink! That’s one of my lifelong dreams 🙂
