  Humans have been developing technology for hundreds of thousands of years, which helps us solve problems but then lets us notice even more problems that haven’t been solved. We wouldn’t even know about some issues or questions without computers, for instance. So the answer you’re looking for is that a lot of times we come up with new questions that need solutions because we’re also inventing new technology all the time!
