Heck yes I like ice cream! I like chocolate and coffee flavors the best. There are two field sites that my lab uses for outside experiments. One of them has an ice cream shop a block away, and the other doesn’t. Guess which one i picked? 🙂

I LOVE mint chocolate chip ice cream, but my favorite is trying different weird kinds of gelato like Goldfish crackers, chili chocolate, and rose!
I once broke a fossil while working with it and was bawling so hard that the curator of the museum made me leave the office! Then he marched me out of the museum and down to the city! I was so scared–I thought my career was OVER and that he was going to make me leave the country on the spot! But he steered me (still crying) into a gelato shop and bought me a stracciatella ice cream (chocolate chip). I’ll never forget that as long as I live.

Mint chocolate chip and butter brickle. I also love butterfinger blizzards with chocolate ice cream 🙂
