      The most important thing is to keep calm and to keep your wits about you. I breathe deeply, slowly, and regularly, and remember that most of the things in a cave are trying to avoid you, too! Then I try to forget that I ever saw “The Descent.” http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0435625/
